Innovative film city in Bidadi was bustling with excitement by noon on thursday as they had a very special visitor: none other than Superstar Rajnikanth.
It was a thrilling surprise for the staff as even they did not know of his plan to visit the film city, until he actually arrived, around 11am. He came in his usual simple attire: a white shirt, dhothi and hawai chappals. Like any other tourist, he visited the Madame Tussaud's Wax musuem, The 4D show, The ripley's believe it or not musuem, the newly opened Mirror maze, The dino park and other attractions at Film city. Sources at the park said Superstar was all admiration for the exibits, and especially liked the 4D show. He was in a very jovial mood. He interacted with staff members and cracked jokes with them.
The staff congratulated him for his brilliant performance in Sivaji The Boss. Some of them took autographs of him and posed photos with him. He then had lunch with Prasad the owner of film city and then left to chennai at 2pm.
Why this sudden visit still remains a mystery. Some say it is a casual visit and others say it could be for a film shoot in film city etc.
Whatever it is, for the film city staff, superstar surely made their day!
