Always have faith in Rajini - otherwise you are unfit to be his fan

Friends,

All stomach-burners in TN are harping on the MIS-REPORTING &
TWISTED-REPORTING of media (both print & electronic) and started
accusing Rajini as if he has asked apology and because of which
Tamilians' prestige has come down.

The pity is many Rajini fans particularly those in TN are also falling
a prey to this vicious campaign by vested interests and started
doubting Rajini's integrity.

I can understand that stomach-burners like Porukki Thamizhan, Sotha
Kumar & Karadi Manithan want to utilise this opportunity & try to hog
the media lime-light. But how come Rajini's own fans?

Guys, Haven't you seen the IBN video link in which Rajini clearly says
he has NOT asked any apology?

Haven't you read the report in The Hindu on 1/8/08 which clarly
mentioned about "I will bow my heads to people but not apologise to
lumpen elements" by Rajini?

Haven't you all seen Daily Thanthi (1/8/08) which clealry mentions it
as a "clarification" and "regret"?

What is wrong in Rajini himself realising and saying that it was a
mistake to use the word "kick them" & says he will never make that
mistake?

Since the whole issue has been raked up as if it is directed against
the entire Kannadiga peiople, Rajini obviously has to express his
regrest & clarify to them only. Whats wrong in that?

What is also wrong if he says that he will support the cause of
Kannada people also as they are also part of India & Rajini always
thinks like an Indian?

People who are used to Dravidian politicians and narrow-minded Tamil
actors can not & will not understand Rajini & his honest ways of not
hurting anyone. His body language in the IBN video link clealry shows
his courage of conviction & anyone who has changed his stance will not
be able to look at the reporters in their eyes & answer questions
convincingly.

My request to all Rajini fans is NOT to be influenced by any media
report or politicians speech or actors' statements. Always wait for
the full text of Rajini's speech or statement calmly & be cool.

Even though I got the news of this so-called "apology" well in time, I
never ever flinched even for a moment, though I felt sad that media is
at it again to denigrate Thalaivar. But, my faith ultimately has been
proved right. It is the media which twisted the matter & Thalaivar
only expressed regret & requested for screening of the movie.

Even this clarification is almost same as the clarification he issued
after the fast event. The only additional info this time is he has
conveyed that he did a mistake (of speaking "kick them") for which he
learnt a lesson and will not repeat it again. What an honest man?

Friends, if you guys don't understand & support Rajini at this
juncture, like Vivek says in Anniyan "Oorukkulla Ambi-nnu Ore Oru
Nalla Manushan Irundhaan. Avanayum Maathipputeengaleda ", I am only
reminded of this dialogue.

Hope better sense prevails on all Rajini fans at least from now onwards.

Otherwise, as Dharma said, its better for Rajini to shift out of Tamil
Nadu, as these so-called "Tamilians" do not deserve a good soul like
Rajini.

But even then, "true" fans, who never doubt Rajini & his integrity,
will continue to support him & watch his movies.
